Gift Lists & Free Invitations

🔹 How does the free invitation offer work?
If you create a gift list with us, your standard digital invitation is completely free! Simply select gifts from your favorite stores, and we’ll integrate the list into your invitation.

🔹 Can I use any store for my gift list?
Yes! You can select products from major retailers like Amazon, Walmart, and more. We’ll embed the list into your invitation.

🔹 What if I don’t want to create a gift list?
If you choose not to create a gift list, you can still order a custom digital invitation at our standard pricing.

🔹 How long does it take to receive my invitation if I create a gift list?
The turnaround time depends on how quickly you complete your gift list. Once it’s done, we’ll finalize and send your invitation.

RSVP & Event Management

🔹 How do guests RSVP?
We provide RSVP tracking through Google Docs, allowing you to easily manage your guest list.

🔹 Can I track who has opened my invitation?
At this time, we don’t track openings, but you can monitor RSVPs through your provided Google Docs link.

🔹 Can I request changes after receiving my invitation?
Yes, minor adjustments can be made. However, major revisions may require additional processing time.

Payment & Customization

🔹 How much do custom invitations cost?
Our pricing varies based on customization. You can choose a free invitation with a gift list or opt for a paid, fully customized design.

🔹 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, and other secure payment options.

🔹 What is the turnaround time for a custom invitation?
Standard turnaround is from 2 to 7 business days. Expedited services may be available upon request.

🔹 Can I get a refund?
Due to the custom nature of our designs, we do not offer refunds once an order has been processed.
